Program Prerequisites I Admission Requirements
The Edwards MBA requires students to have four courses as a pre-requisite to the program which must be completed prior to starting the MBA: Introductory Accounting, Introductory Statistics, Introductory Microeconomics and Introductory Macroeconomics.
Students are not required to take the Pre-MBA if they have previously earned credit for these equivalent courses.
For those students who have not previously earned credit for these courses, the Edwards School of Business offers a Pre-MBA Program which can be taken in its entirety or only those courses required. It will include each of these courses for a total of 2 weeks during the weeks of July and August each year.
Edwards Pre-MBA Program
The 2009 Pre-MBA is scheduled to run July 20 – 24; July 27 – 31; and August 4 - 7.
Each course will be marked on the basis of a Pass/Fail grade. A certificate of completion will be given to students with a passing mark. Successful completion of each of these programs will constitute fulfillment of each of the Pre-MBA requirements.
Please Note: The Edwards Pre-MBA program is not for credit and will not appear on a student’s transcript. It is intended to provide only the basic information and concepts for the MBA program.
