Information sessions are an effective means of presenting students with information about your organization, your hiring process, career opportunities, and to network with interested students.  Increase your organization’s profile on campus by hosting an individualized Information Session.  MBA Career Services can coordinate the promotion and logistics for your event.  Simply contact Maryann Ross – Manager, MBA Career Services at 306-966-2586 and we can get started on the necessary arrangements.

Speed Networking

Following up on the success of our inaugural March 2007 event, MBA Career Services organizes an annual Speed Networking Event held in the fall of each year. This event brings Edwards MBA students, alumni, and members of the local business community together to learn more about effective networking skills.  Those in attendance then put these just-learned skills into practice in a fun and fast-paced environment. Career Fairs

Career Fairs are an excellent way to showcase your organization, people, and career opportunities. 

ESB Networking Event
Held in the hallways of the Edwards School of Business and hosted by Goodspeed Career Services and MBA Career Services, this event is tailored to fit specifically to students in the Edwards School of Business.  You will have direct access to 1,700 undergraduate and graduate students throughout the school day.  It is held in January each year.

Campus Career Expo
Held in September each year, this campus-wide event attracts thousands of students from across campus including students from the Edwards School of Business.  For more information, please contact the Student Employment & Career Centre.

Interviews

Statistics are for the 2006/2007 class and include those students returning to employment with their current employer, typically with increased levels of responsibility and remuneration.

  • 92.31% of Edwards MBA students were employed within 3 months of graduation
  • 100% of Edwards MBA students were employed within 1 year of graduation
  • 77.00% of students were employed in Saskatoon after graduation
  • 85.00% of students were employed in Saskatchewan after graduation
  • 28.43% increase in salary based on average pre-MBA salary and average post-MBA salary
