Its Never Too Soon to Start Building Your Professional Network

Aboriginal business students enrolled in the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan have opportunities throughout their academic career to be involved in a variety of activities that can support their academic success as well as develop their professional network.  Attending conferences, speaker nights, luncheons and other training engagements or becoming a student member of a professional organizations or board are all activities that will be supported by the Scotiabank Professional Development Fund.   

Who Is Eligible?

This fund is available to any student who self-identifies as a First Nations, Métis or Inuit business student in the Edwards School of Business program at the University of Saskatchewan.  Sometimes opportunities are made available by the Director of Aboriginal Initiatives to attend events and encourage participation.  Students can also use the application below for opportunities they wish to apply for assistance with on a reimbursement basis or in anticipation of an expense.

Allowable expenses can include, but not limited to, registration fees, travel expenses, hotel fees, and meal allowances.  Rates for some expenses may be determined by U of S policy.
