What happens to my class(s) that are not offered anymore?
You will still receive credit for all classes that you have taken towards completion of your BAC. For example, if you have already taken BAC 23 that counts as one of your four elective classes. If you have not completed any other electives, you can choose from the classes currently offered.
When is the application deadline?
Currently we do not have an application deadline. We will still be accepting applications until the program begins in September 2009.
Where do I get the application form?
The application can be found on the Edwards School of Business website. If you click on the program you are applying for at the bottom of the page there is a green link called "Application Form". Click on there and it will open up an application form that can be filled out on the computer (if you are wishing to pay the application fee by credit card, that portion of the application must be filled out by hand). Once you have filled it out, print it off and send it to Business Advisory Services by mail or fax.
How much will it cost?
Each BAC class will have a cost of $500, plus U of S student fees and textbooks.
What are included in student fees?
Student fees are used to maintain programs and services that benefit the U of S students. See table for breakdown:

How long will it take to complete the BAC?
The BAC is designed to be taken over 4 years, taking one class per term.
What if I want to complete my certificate faster than 4 years?
It is possible to accelerate your program by taking 2 classes per term (one on Monday evening and the second on Wednesday evening). Please note BAC 38 Business Strategy is only offered in the January term so you will have to plan to finish your seven required classes prior to January in order to register for the final class.
What are the class times?
The classes will be once per week from 7:00pm - 9:50pm.
When do classes start in September?
Term 1 regular session classes begin on Thursday Sept 3,
2009. Due to the Labour Day long weekend, the first Monday night
classes will begin on Sept 14, 2009. The first Wednesday night classes
will begin on Sept 9th, 2009.
Do I have to take the classes in any specific order?
Yes. The classes are arranged in the order you will complete them. This order is BAC 11 (has to be taken first - unless you are taking 2 classes per term, then they can be taken at the same time). Then you will take BAC 14, 15 and 16 which can be taken in any order. Once those four are completed students will take BAC 25, their one free elective (BAC 35, 29, 28 or a university course approved by the director), BAC 37 and lastly BAC 38.
When can I register for my classes?
Once you have been accepted and have received a letter from the University Admissions with your NSID (username) and password, you can log into PAWS, click on your Academics tab and in your registration box it will say what day you can begin to register for your classes. Every year registration will open in June.
Where will classes be held?
Classes will take place on campus. They will not be specifically in the Edwards School of Business. Once you have registered you are able to look up your class locations on PAWS. Log on and click on you Academics tab. In the box titled "Registration" click on the green Registration link. From there click on the link called "Detailed Student Schedule," once you chose the term you will be given your class timetable and locations.

Do I need to pay the application fee again?
No, if you have applied to or have attended the University of Saskatchewan previously you do not have to pay the $75.00 application fee again.

How long will the EBAC take to complete?
The EBAC is designed to be taken over 2 years, taking one class per term.
Can I take two classes per term and complete the EBAC in one year?
No. Unlike the BAC you are only able to take one class per term. So you are unable to finish prior to 2 years.
