The EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE is a 8 day residential program designed for the professional and personal growth and renewal of senior managers and prospective executives from a variety of working environments.

This program will challenge, encourage and motivate in ways you never thought possible. Participants return to their workplaces renewed and confident in their leadership and management capabilities.

This is the opportunity for leaders to step back and examine their role and its impact on their organization. Enrollment is limited to ensure an optimum learning environment.

The theme for last year's Effective Executive 2009 was "Leading in Turbulent Times" and the focus of sessions was on creating leadership strategies for:

• Self-awareness and understanding yourself under stress,
• Building relationships with others, conflict resolution and negotiation skills,
• Organizational performance standards and methods for improvement,
• Decision-making and problem solving, and
• Strategies for managing under turbulent times.
