This course focuses primarily on the business side of Information Technology and aligning Information Technology with business needs, using real world examples and knowledge.

In this course students learn:

• IT strategy
• improving the organization’s IT design
• designing and managing system installations and upgrades
• evaluating the impact of IT on organizational performance
