Storytelling for Leaders

Virtual Delivery

TBD

Introduction and Background

Storytelling is a powerful leadership tool. Stories build rapport and connection in a way that facts and information do not. When we share stories, we engage the emotions and imagination of others to help them see things differently - and act differently as a result. This intensive two-module program will show you how to tap into the stories you have within you, and use them to authentically inspire your audiences.

Storytelling for Leaders™ emphasizes practical and applied learnings by working closely with an experienced communication coach from The Humphrey Group®. Small groups ensure that all participants have several opportunities to test their learning throughout the program and receive individual feedback from the instructor.

Course Structure

All participant materials will be sent digitally prior to the course start date. Course learning includes watching recorded videos prior to the virtual online classroom dates below. Participants will experience small group learning for one-on-one interaction and the ability to implement these learnings immediately. Participants will also be able to reflect on their implementation strategies between sessions.
